SuperBiiz Announce USB 3.0 Express Drive

Yesterday (Mar. 4), the company SuperBiiz announced that they will begin offering Super Talent’s USB 3.0 Express to their customers. SuperBiiz is a premier online distributor of computer components and peripherals.

The USB 3.0 Express is much faster than your standard USB port. When plugged into a USB 3.0 port, the Express drive can reach speeds up to 125MB/s and can reach speeds of 43MB/s when plugged in to a USB 2.0 port. The Express is fully backwards compatible.

SuperBiiz Director of Marketing, James Yu, says, “The Super Talent USB 3.0 Express Drive is the answer for anyone looking for an affordable USB 3.0 drive and we are proud to announce that they are available at SuperBiiz first.”

The Express comes in 16 GB and 32 GB sizes. The website claims that both USB drives have the ability to plug and play — functioning like another hard drive. Both have sleek and slim casings and are compatible with Windows XP, Vista, and 7. Both drives have more than 10 years of data retention. The 16 GB version is available for $69.00 and the 32 GB goes for $119.00 with free ground shipping available for both.

The company that’s making these USB devices, Super Talent, designs and manufactures a full range of DDR, DDR2, and DDR3 memory modules and Flash based storage devices for computers and consumer electronics. They’re ISO 9001 certified, an active member of the JEDEC and ONFI standards bodies, and currently own over 250 patents. They look like they know what they’re doing over at Super Talent.

Now, a lot of places give away free USB devices now, so I’d understand if some may think the price is pretty steep. However, since the Express can get your information out in a hot minute, it seems like it’s worth it, especially with the high amounts of storage available. If you need the speed and the storage, I’d say this is an essential buy.
